What to expect at your first appointment

We can’t wait to meet you and your furry family members! Get ready for exceptional care and a welcoming experience at our Animal Clinic in Alliance or Bridgeport.

Arrive & Check-in

When you arrive for your appointment, our friendly staff will greet you with a warm welcome. After checking in your pet, we'll show you to an examination room.

Speak to an LVT or Veterinary Assistant

To provide the best care possible, one of our Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or experienced Veterinary Assistant will begin by gathering important information about your pet's medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit. This information will help our veterinarian accurately assess your pet's needs.

Veterinarian Examination

Next, one of our experienced Veterinarians will conduct a thorough examination of your pet, asking additional questions as needed. If necessary, they may recommend diagnostic tests, which can usually be done right here in our clinic.

Running Tests

After obtaining samples and running in-house diagnostic tests, your doctor will discuss a potential diagnosis and treatment plan with you. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. Our knowledgeable veterinary team is dedicated to ensuring that you feel completely comfortable and informed.

Test Results & Ask Questions

Once everything is wrapped up, our Licensed Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer any wellness or care questions you may have. Our front desk staff will handle your payment and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.
